Quick answers
How do I restore my purchases?
On a new phone, or after reinstalling, open Closer, go to Settings, and tap Restore Purchases. Your decks are tied to your Apple Account, so they will come back. If anything is still missing, email us.
Does my partner need the app too?
No. Closer is played on one phone, passed back and forth. Only one of you needs it.
How do I manage or cancel All-Access?
All-Access is an Apple subscription. To view, change, or cancel it, open your device’s Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Closer. Cancelling stops the next renewal and keeps your access until the current period ends.
I bought a deck but do not see it.
First try Restore Purchases in Settings. If the deck still does not appear, email us with the date of purchase and we will sort it out.
Is what we say private?
Yes. There is no account, and nothing you answer is stored or sent anywhere. Closer uses anonymous, aggregate analytics only, never your conversations. See the Privacy Policy for the details.
How much does Closer cost?
Two decks are free, forever. The rest are $4.99 each and yours to keep, or you can unlock every deck, and every future one, with All-Access at $39.99 a year.
